Student Life at the College of Dentistry Heading link

Students choose UIC College of Dentistry not just because we offer a world-class oral health education continuously improved by innovation and led by expert faculty and staff – in the heart of the great city of Chicago  – but also because our student experience is so enriching.

One of the biggest reasons I chose UIC for dental school is because it’s so welcoming and supportive – it’s like a family.

The College of Dentistry offers students many opportunities to pursue an area of research study to enhance their education experience. The Student Research Group is a student-led initiative that provides an opportunity for students to engage in a patient-based study at the level of scientific inquiry. The Multidisciplinary Oral Science Training (MOST) Program offers Summer and Predental Programs for Undergraduates.

As a student researcher, I have the advantage of impacting patient lives in and beyond the clinic.
