College of Dentistry Commencement
The University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry Commencement will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the UIC Isadore and Sadie Dorin Forum located at 725 W. Roosevelt Road Chicago, IL 60608. Doors will open at 9:00am for general open seating. The program will begin promptly at 10:00am. The Ceremony duration is about two hours.
An Open House Reception will follow immediately after the ceremony. The reception will be held at the College of Dentistry, located at 801 S. Paulina St., Chicago, IL 60612.
Tickets are required for all general public guests. Commencement tickets are provided at no cost.
The Dentistry Virtual Ceremony will be available beginning at 9:45 am Central Time
Parking will be available at UIC Lots 5 (1135 S. Morgan St., 1 block West of Forum) and Lot 6 (1135 S. Halsted St., 1 block North of Forum).
Metal Detectors, Prohibited Items, and Bag Policies
All guests seeking entry will proceed through the metal detectors and be required to remove phones, keys coins, wallets, etc., from their pockets. Strollers and balloons are not allowed. If you must carry a handbag, small handbags are strongly encouraged. Please refer to the UIC Forum bag policy as well.
Smoking and Tobacco Usage
The University of Illinois Chicago is a smoke free and tobacco free campus. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Smoking of any kind, including vaporizers, and the use of smokeless tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside the facility and on UIC property.
