Acrylic prosthesis with 4-6 dental implants
Four implants in either the top or bottom jaw, supporting a modified denture prosthesis made of acrylic that is screwed in the mouth and can only be removed by a dentist. Can be done in one day or in phased treatment.
Zirconia prosthesis with 4-6 dental implants
Four implants in either the top or bottom jaw, supporting a ceramic (Zirconia) prosthesis that is screwed in the mouth and can only be removed by a dentist. Can be done in one day or in phased treatment.
Zirconia or acrylic prosthesis with 2 Zygoma implants and 2-4 additional implants
Four implants in either the top or bottom jaw, supporting a ceramic (Zirconia) or acrylic prosthesis that is screwed in the mouth and can only be removed by a dentist. Two of the implants are longer than a usual implant and are placed in the patient’s zygomatic bone in the upper jaw. Most often done with a single day treatment but may be phased in certain situations.

Included (as needed)
Tooth extractions, old dental implant removal, surgical guide, dental implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, provisional restoration, final restoration and any additional procedures or materials required to complete the procedure
Not included
Initial diagnostic x-rays and 3 dimensional scans, sedation (if required) and post treatment maintenance of the prosthesis and implants
Payment
- Because of the significant financial savings of our fixed full mouth rehabilitation all-inclusive plans, we require a 50% deposit of the entire treatment plan fee.
- The remainder of the balance is due at the time the surgical and restorative procedures are completed.
- Payment can also be spaced out over the duration of the treatment after the initial 50% deposit.
