About
Dr. Krell received his B.S. from Florida State University and his D.D.S. from the University of Iowa. He went on to complete his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery along with a M.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Krell is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and spent over forty years in the private practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery before joining UIC. Dr. Krell provides didactic and clinical instruction to residents in Procedural Sedation and Analgesia.
