Dr. Hikmat was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq and received his dental degree from the University of Baghdad College of Dentistry. Dr. Hikmat then joined the Advanced Education of General Dentistry at NYU Langone Health System. After gradation Dr. Hikmat practiced as a general dentist in Florida. After five year of practicing, Dr. Hikmat decided to further his education and pursue Prosthodontics Specialty at UIC.
In his leisure time, Dr. Hikmat enjoys spending time with family and socializing with friends. Dr. Hikmat also enjoys outdoor activities, like biking, and playing racquetball.
