About
Dr. Lily Fayz was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Chemistry. She then attended the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2022.
During dental school, Dr. Fayz was active in student organizations and held multiple roles in the American Dental Education Association including Vice President. She served on the Class of 2022 Executive Board and volunteered as a teaching assistant for various courses. Dr. Fayz was selected for the Advanced Predoctoral Implant Program, and she dedicated time to research within the Restorative Dentistry Department.
Dr. Fayz graduated dental school top of her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, National Dental Honor Society, where she was further recognized with the Dr. William S. Kramer Award of Excellence and the Dr. Lina B. Tharp Award. She was also awarded the Predoctoral Prosthodontic Achievement Award by the American College of Prosthodontics.
In her free time, Dr. Fayz loves to try new restaurants and spend time with her family and friends. She also plays in a beach volleyball league and enjoys traveling when she gets the chance. Upon graduation, Dr. Fayz looks forward to joining private practice and teaching.
