Dr. Charles Greene Appointed as Clinical Emeritus Professor
The UIC Department of Orthodontics is delighted to announce that Dr. Charles Greene has been appointed as “Clinical Professor Emeritus of Orthodontics” approved by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees, effective 11/15/18. This is a well-deserved honor and recognition of Dr. Greene's contributions and service to the College of Dentistry!
A recent publication by Dr. Greene which came out in Orthodontics and Craniofacial Research. It is based on a lecture that Dr. Greene delivered to the UIC Department of Orthodontics last Spring. It was also delivered in Italy in June and the editor (Prof. Ambra Michelotti, Naples) invited Dr. Greene to write it up for Orthodontics and Craniofacial Research. Dr. Michelotti also wrote a nice Introduction in which she discussed Dr. Greene’s academic background at UIC and his historical relationship with the Oral Anatomy Department.
