Ceremony for UIC College of Dentistry graduates
The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, hosts Virtual Commencement Ceremony for UIC graduates
Over the past year the UIC College of Dentistry has worked diligently to provide the best safety measures for students to resume in person classes during the 2021 spring semester. The Class of 2021 is now preparing for their Virtual Commencement to take place May 8th, 2021.
The University of Illinois Chicago will host Virtual Commencement Ceremonies for each of the University’s Colleges, via MarchingOrder.com on Sunday May 8th 2021. The College of Dentistry’s Virtual Graduation Ceremony will start streaming at 2:00 pm (CST) but you will be able to view it online anytime for the next year. You can watch the celebration on the Marching Orders Home Page via the UIC Commencement Home Page at https://commencement.uic.edu/.
On May 5, the College of Dentistry’s Dean Stanford congratulated graduates as well as provided information regarding the Virtual Commencement. “We are proud of all of our graduates and their accomplishments, and we invite everyone to celebrate with us online on May 8th" said Dean Stanford. The Dean further congratulated graduates, their families, and friends, including the faculty and staff for successfully completing another successful academic year!
The University of Illinois Chicago is offering a virtual photo booth which has helped enhance the graduates experience. The Virtual Photo Booth is available starting May 3 thru May 7th. Students are encouraged to upload their own photos on a variety of UIC backgrounds. The service is at no cost and students are allowed to create as many photos as they wish. To submit photos students must visit: https://virtualbooth.photosfromyourevent.com/UIC2021. The Photo Booth will re-open with a new link starting May 24 and 25.
