Alumni Leading Organized Dentistry Associations

Alumni Leading Organized Dentistry Associations

We are so proud of alumni accomplishments and their contributions to the field after graduation. Organized dentistry is one central way to provide governance to public health, promote the art and science of dentistry, and stay involved with colleagues.

We did a search of the leaders heading each of the three main organized dentistry units: the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society, and found an outstanding number of UIC College of Dentistry and Loyola University Chicago School of Dentistry alumni! These leaders are paving the way for a bright future in oral health and it’s true that you don’t have to look far before running into a dental alum from the UIC and Loyola programs!

More than 1/3 of dentists in Illinois have earned their degree from UIC and it shows!

Your degree and expertise continue to make an impact in these organizations, and the numerous others.
