Dr. Veerasathpurush Allareddy, Head of the UIC Department of Orthodontics, proudly announce the receivers of a list of scholarships. The scholarships were established for the purpose of acknowledging the outstanding academic performance and research of our orthodontic residents. We wish all our residents achieve bigger success in academics, clinical work and research in the future with the generous support from our alumni and donors.

Dr. Ruidan Ma, award winner of the Dr. Jerome and Mrs. Joy Fein Endowed Orthodontic Resident Scholarship.
Dr. Samim Taraji, award winner of the Dr. Eugene Blair and Mrs. Pauline Glucker Blair Scholarship.
Dr. Vivian Snider, Dr. Matan Farhi, Dr. Raj Desai, Dr. Jessica Hedger and Dr. Peter Durbin, award winners of the Department of Orthodontics Third Year Scholarship.
Dr. Kayla Yip, award winner of the Department of Orthodontics Second Year Scholarship.

Dr. Clark Stanford, Dean of the UIC College of Dentistry, Dr. Veerasathpurush Allareddy, Head of the UIC Department of Orthodontics, Dr. Budi Kusnoto, Program Director of the UIC Department of Orthodontics, Dr. Vincent Apino, President of the Illinois Orthodontic Alumni Association, Dr. Edward John, senior faculty member of the UIC Department of Orthodontics gave speech to congratulate all well-deserved award receivers and encouraged everyone to live their dreams. Thank all the alumni who made generous donation to support the Department of Orthodontics, our faculty and residents for their research and studies. We couldn’t be more grateful for such positive impact the alumni made to our orthodontic community.
