The UIC Department of Orthodontics hosted a special farewell party for Dean Stanford
Monday, March 14, 2022 – The UIC Department of Orthodontics hosted a special farewell party for Dean Stanford who will finish his eight year service as the Dean of the UIC College of Dentistry by the end of March 2022. On behalf of the Department of Orthodontics, Dr. Allareddy expressed the most sincere appreciation for the phenomenal support Dean Stanford has provided the UIC orthodontic faculty, residents and staff. With Dean Stanford’s vision and support, the UIC Department of Orthodontics has recruited some outstanding clinical and research faculty. Dean Stanford also initiate the resident stipend program which provided great financial support to the orthodontic residents during their post-graduate study. Many other orthodontic faculty and residents commented during the Farewell Party and expressed their personal appreciation for Dean Stanford and acknowledgement of the outstanding leadership of the Dean to advance the educational, clinical and research mission of the school.
We sincerely wish Dean Stanford all the best and continued success in his next new role as the Dean of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.
