Dr. Lee Jameson Returns to University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry as Interim Head of Restorative Dentistry
Dr. Lee Jameson has returned to the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry as interim department head of Restorative Dentistry, following Dr. Stephen Campbell returning to the faculty after serving as department head since 1992.
“I will provide transition leadership while a search committee reviews candidates for the next head of the department,” Jameson explained. The college is engaging in a national search.
“My goal is to promote the mission, goals, and high standards of the department and the college, as well as to provide a humanistic learning and workplace environment,” he noted.
Jameson was a clinical professor of Restorative Dentistry at the college from 2007 to 2016.
“It is great to return to the college and I thank everyone for their warm welcome back,” he said.
