Community Based Service Learning​

  • D1: Oral health education in public schools and community sites.​
  • D2: Clinical preventive dental services in community partner programs​.
  • Oral health education at UIH Sickle Cell Center, UIH Pediatrics, and Terra Vista Memory Care Assisted Living​.
  • D3 & AS4: Dental services for people with IDD at LaRabida Children’s Hospital and Dr. Rada’s practice. ​
  • D4 & AS4: Up to 12 weeks of clinical rotation at one of 32 community partner sites that treat ~10,000 patients per year
  • RefugeeOne: Students from all years participate in this student-organized, faculty-supervised volunteer clinic held on Saturdays.
