• Interested in taking a tour of the UIC College of Dentistry? The Office of Student and Diversity Affairs will conduct tours for interested prospective students on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, February 15th
  • Wednesday, March 14th
• Tours begin at 12:30 sharp and last about an hour. Due to limited space, walking tours of the college are for prospective college-level students only. Please be aware that this tour is not appropriate for high school age students or children. Reservations are required. For more information or to RSVP, e-mail aguilar@uic.edu. The College is located at 801 S. Paulina St., Chicago.

• In the Dec. 2011 edition of Illinois Dental News, the publication of the Illinois State Dental Society, the editor, Dr. D. Milton Salzer, wrote an editorial entitled “Do We Have a Responsibility?” In the article, he wrote of the responsibility of dentists to support the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in an effort to assure the future of the next generation of dentists.
