Center for Wound Healing: Welcome & News
  • The Center for Wound Healing and Tissue Regeneration (CWHTR) is a unique community of scientists and clinicians devoted to the study of injury, wound healing, and regeneration. The members of this multidisciplinary research center investigate the body's reaction to injury, as well as mechanisms of repair and regeneration of tissues.
  • 2008 Symposium

  • The 1st Annual Symposium for Innovative Wound Healing Research, "Fibrosis and Scarring" was held on May 16, 2008.
  • Over 100 scientists, clinicians and students participated in the day long symposium, which included stimulating research presentations and roundtable discussions. The 2009 Symposium will take place on May 15, 2009. Details will be posted in early 2009.
