College of Dentistry Continuing Education

Course fees include the cost of all materials, morning refreshments, and validated campus parking. Fees for full-day programs also include lunch. Exclusions are noted in individual course descriptions.

Verification of Participation certificates are provided to participants at the end of each course. Certificates will be mailed within 30 days of the end of the course unless otherwise noted in course materials. AGD credit will be verified upon request. Verification of previously earned credit in transcript form is also available upon request.

All cancellation requests MUST be received in writing and are subject to a $50 processing fee. The Office of Continuing Education has the following cancellation policy: Full refund, minus $50 processing fee for cancellations received on or before six weeks prior to the event. 75% refund, minus $50 processing fee for cancellations received between four-to-six weeks prior to the event. 25% refund, minus $50 processing fee for cancellations received less than four weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to a scheduled event.

The UIC College of Dentistry reserves the right to cancel any event due to low participation or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of a cancellation by the UIC College of Dentistry, registrants will receive a full refund of any registration monies paid. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event conclusion. "No shows" will not be eligible for a refund.
